Counseling is "Talk Therapy" with a trained, professional counselor for individual, couples, or families to talk about issues or problems they are facing in their lives. Professional counselling is confidential and non-judgmental.
Support Groups
In a support group, members provide each other with various types of help, usually nonprofessional, for a particular shared, burdensome, issue they are facing in their lives. Members with the same issues can come together for sharing coping strategies, to feel more empowered and have a sense of community.

The Pearl Ladies Group
The Pearl Ladies Group is for wives of men who are struggling with pornography and sex addiction.
Courage is an international apostolate of the Catholic Church, which ministers to persons with same-sex attractions. The Archdiocese of New Orleans hosts a local Courage group as a resource for those experiencing same-sex attraction, but desire to live faithfully according to the Church's teaching on sexuality.
Recovery programs provide services and a supportive community to help individuals overcome addiction and build a healthier, more productive life. The ultimate goal is not just to achieve abstinence but to help people live their lives and reach their full potential.
